Memories of Ireland

The concept for my degree project focuses on my relationship with family and the environment. A part of my identity I often explore in my art is my Irish heritage, as the majority of my immediate family lives in Ireland. Finding imagery inspiration in Irish landscapes and the buildings from the village of where my Grandparents live. I have spent lots of time over the years photographing landscapes and my family when I go back to Ireland, my research and imagery came directly from images my family and I have taken over the years. In this collection, I wanted to express my memories and love for a place that I don’t get to visit as much as I would like. This collection is created for an interiors application, to be viewed in a home setting.
